Job summary

AEROSPEC SUPPLIES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a planning professional to forecast and coordinate schedules within your area, oversee execution, and continuously evaluate proposals for schedule improvements.

You will monitor inconsistencies, prepare material for checks, and coordinate spares with vendors and customers while reporting progress and issues to base maintenance. The role requires strong aircraft knowledge and adaptability to shifting demands.

Qualifications

• Excellent aircraft and aircraft systems knowledge.
• Strong area- and industry-knowledge.
• MS Office and SAP knowledge preferred.
• Excellent customer relations, communication and customer-oriented thinking.
• Good organizational skills.
• Flexible, ability to work on own initiative and under pressure.
• Interest and willingness to work on new development projects.
• Able to commit rotating shift.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and coordinate a schedule in your given area of planning.
• Overseeing the execution of your plan or schedule.
• Evaluating proposals for the expansion or updating of your schedule.
• Monitoring any inconsistencies and making adjustments to improve efficiency.
• Prepare material for the dedicated check.
• Follow up on spare shortages before and during the check.
• Organize spares in coordination with Vendor & Customer.
• Daily updates on spare situation during checking, report to base maintenance.
• Attend follow up meetings during the check.
• Act as integration function between BM & ITM.
• Support development of new process and procedure as well as process implementation.
• Reporting on progress and any issues that emerge.
