Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to plan, lead and supervise maintenance checks across fleets in Singapore. You will ensure compliance with SOPs and industry standards while coordinating with internal teams and customers.

The ideal candidate holds appropriate CAAS/CAAM/EASA licenses and has at least 5 years of authorization experience across listed aircraft types, with a proven track record in safety and service quality.

Qualifications

• CAAS/CAAM/CAAC/EASA/CAAV/CAAT/India DGCA license holder required.
• Experience with A320, A330 - Trent 700, A350, A380, B737 (NG & Max), B744 – PW4000, B748 - Genx, B777, or B787 type rating preferred.
• At least 5 years of authorization experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and supervise aircraft maintenance checks
• Identify and rectify problems and defects
• Analyze and interpret technical procedures, schematic engineering diagrams, manuals and publications
• Coordinate and interact with various departments to accomplish maintenance work
• Establish and maintain good business relationship with customers
• Manage staff performance and attendance control, and provide skills training to ensure service quality levels are up to standard and all works are carried out IAW Manual and SOP’s
• Any other duties as assigned
