Job summary

Bombardier Aerospace Services Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager for complex aircraft maintenance programs.

You will lead customer communications, coordinate time and labor quotes, oversee schedules, budgets, and safety compliance on multiple aircraft programs. You will drive risk management, attend status meetings, prepare reports, and ensure timely RTS after maintenance. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in heavy/line aircraft maintenance, strong knowledge of FAA/EASA

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in performing aircraft heavy/line maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of local and international aviation regulations (e.g., FAA/EASA).
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as customer primary point-of-contact for quotes, approvals, and debriefs.
• Lead project management duties across multiple aircraft, managing risks and constraints.
• Develop and maintain timelines and schedules through delivery and follow-up.

Position Summary

In your role, you will:

• Customer primary point-of-contact in communication, coordination, and follow-up action such as time/labor/material quotes (DAF approval), preliminary invoices (PPI) generated by planner, give progress updates, get customer approval and debrief on work packages (induction & output meetings), resolution of squawks, and address warranty issues (ODC & Customer Dispute) (SAP).
• Perform Project Management duties for multiple aircraft to include identification of potential risks and management of constraints.
• Develop Time Line (Gant chart) and maintain schedule (Pivotal) through aircraft delivery and follow-up.
• Monitor and oversee work flow to ensure work package is on schedule and within budget. Ensure that work is performed in accordance with Singapore MOE/ Repair Station / Quality Manual, Site Operating Procedures.
• Facilitate status meetings with all departments and shops; update daily reports on status of aircraft and report to all relevant stakeholders.
• Support the team in returning aircraft to service (RTS) after maintenance.
• Produce maintenance and other employee reports as assigned (i.e., IW72/CN41, shortage sheet/zoom, and Autotime).
• Review, approve, and sign final customer invoice as needed (ZPRJ) (i.e., review margin analysis, warranty negotiations, and review of service orders (SVOs).
• Perform post work package activities (Pivotal), (i.e., customer follow-up calls, resolve customer issues after departure.
• Coordinate with customer concerning entertainment during site visit.
• Responsible for meeting or exceeding financial objectives on all projects.
• Encourage and promote a safe work environment by supervising a safety/security program which includes operation of support equipment, aircraft systems, 5S, general housekeeping and lean process.
• Any other adhoc assignment task by management.

As our ideal candidate,

• You have Minimum 7 years of experience in performing aircraft heavy/line maintenance.
• You hold Basic knowledge of applicable local regulation NAA, EASA and Federal Aviation Regulations, for example, part 91, 121, 135 & 145.
• You have Basic knowledge of aircraft maintenance inspection programs for business jet aircraft.
• You posses interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, other business areas and governmental agencies.
• You have verbal and written communication skills.
• You have planning and organizational skills necessary to coordinate workload around multiple assignments.
