Job summary

Airbus in Singapore is seeking a Synthetic Flight Instructor to train airline crew on various operational and technical aspects of Airbus aircraft. The ideal candidate will hold a Commercial Pilot License (CPL) and a Frozen or valid Air Transport Pilot License (ATPL), with at least 3000 flight hours, including 1500 hours on Multi Pilot Airplanes and Fly-by-Wire aircraft. Fluency in English is required. This role includes instructing and evaluating crew performance, contributing to training programs, and maintaining a high standard of airmanship.

Qualifications

• Holder of a CPL and Frozen ATPL or valid ATPL.
• Minimum 3000 flight hours as pilot.
• Experience as an instructor/examiner is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Instruct airline crew on technical aspects of Airbus aircraft.
• Conduct theoretical training for type-rating courses.
• Evaluate crews’ progression and decide on additional training needs.
