Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking a logistics assistant to support import airfreight shipments from intake to delivery. The role involves liaising with customers, airlines, and forwarders, and preparing shipping documents. Training will be provided and you will work as part of a committed team in a permanent capacity.

No prior experience is required; a strong interest in freight forwarding and logistics is welcome, with opportunities to learn and grow in a busy operations environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum N-Level or equivalent qualification with previous experience in airfreight or logistics is an advantage.
• Candidates without prior experience but with an interest in freight forwarding and logistics are welcome to apply, as training will be provided.
• Comfortable handling administrative duties and shipping documentation.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and follow up on operational matters independently.
• Responsible, willing to learn and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with import airfreight shipments, including tracking and delivery arrangements.
