Job summary

EMO TRANS LOGISTICS SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking an Air Operation Executive to join our team in the Changi East Region. This full-time role manages and coordinates air freight operations, ensuring timely pickup, documentation, and cargo movement.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of air freight experience, is adept with logistics systems, IATA knowledge, and can work in a fast-paced environment supporting our international freight forwarding services.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in air freight operations or freight forwarding.
• Knowledge of air cargo handling procedures and customs regulations.
• Proficiency in logistics management systems and software applications.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication across levels.
• Attention to detail in processing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate daily air freight shipments and delivery schedules.
• Liaise with airlines, brokers, and stakeholders for smooth cargo movement and documentation.
• Prepare air waybills, invoices, and shipping documents with accuracy.
• Track shipments and provide customers with status updates.
• Resolve operational issues and delays in freight forwarding processes.
• Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and accurate records.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams for proper cargo handling.
• Identify efficient routing and consolidation opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external partners to ensure seamless operations.
