Job summary

A-SONIC LOGISTICS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Freight Coordination Specialist to support the Customer Service Supervisor with daily operations of air freight bookings for import and export.

You will act as the single point of contact for assigned customers, coordinating with airlines, co-loaders, and transporters to ensure timely space booking and cargo movement. The role requires strong communication, customer service and teamwork, with proficiency in MS Office and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree preferred for the role.
• Experience in freight forwarding with air freight and/or master co-loader knowledge.
• Strong customer service and coordination abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Customer Service Supervisor with daily operational tasks.
• Handle air export bookings and air import arrangements for enquiries.
• Liaise with Airlines/Co-loaders for space booking.
• Liaise with transporters on cargo collections/deliveries.
• Serve as the single contact window for import/export for assigned customers.
• Liaise with overseas agents on requirements and rates.
• Ensure compliance with customer's SOPs.
• Complete job invoicing and permit declarations for air import/export.
