Job summary

SKYLIFT CONSOLIDATOR (PTE) LTD in Singapore seeks an Air Export Coordinator to manage outbound shipments. You will work closely with the Air Export Customer Service team to receive and execute instructions, ensuring accuracy of documents and compliance with DG requirements.

Responsibilities include data entry into CW1/CIMS, drafting Air Waybills, handling cargo checks, and liaising with SATS/DNATA as needed. You will also prepare pre-alerts, update vendors, and ensure timely shipment execution.

Job description

• Work closely with Air Export Customer Serviceteam to receive and carry out instructions pertaining to outbound shipments.
• Receive and acknowledge shipment job sheets from Customer Service team.
• Scrutinize the documents and information within the job sheets to ensure there is no undeclared dangerous goods.
• In case of uncertainty, to raise any doubts to Customer Service team for
• Data entry into CW1 / CIMS in preparation for shipments execution.
• Provide draft Air Waybill (House, Master, Direct) to Customer Service team as requested.
• Receive cargo collection note from vendor and sort into individual job sheet for shipment execution.
• Inform Customer Service team immediately if there is discrepancy base on physical cargo that arrived in our warehouse.
• Perform Dangerous Goods Declaration based onIATA requirements.
• Perform checks on physical cargo by tallying with DGD to avoid DG rejections.
• Update Customer Service team if the DG issue can be rectified or to hold back shipment.
• Data entry of cargo weight and dimensions intoCW1 / CIMS for final Air Waybill execution.
• Calculate and assess for cost savings to raise Master Air Waybill to next tier upon final execution.
• Sort final documents to cargo pouch, pre-alert set and shipment lot set.
• Send pre-alerts to Overseas Agents.
• Submit FWB and FHL in CW1 and update relodge information in SATS portal.
• Label cargo in accordance with flight and airwaybill details.
• Perform general checks to ensure there is no unnecessary hazard label and markings.
• Liaise and update vendor for lodgment of cargo.
• Attend to additional requests by SATS / DNATA when required upon lodgment of cargo.
