Job summary

Allied Search PTE. LTD. is seeking an Air-Con Technician in Singapore to install, maintain, repair, and service a range of air conditioning systems at client sites. The role requires reading schematics, performing commissioning and testing, and ensuring high client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience, a NITEC/Higher NITEC in relevant fields, and can work weekends when needed. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential for region-wide engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related work experience.
• NITEC or Higher NITEC in air conditioning, electrical, or mechanical engineering.
• Able to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics and drawings.
• Physical ability to bend, kneel, lift heavy equipment, and work in hot outdoor environments.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when necessary.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair, and service various air conditioning systems.
• Review blueprints, install, commission and test systems for proper functioning.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective works on air conditioning systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare service reports for client endorsement.
• Comply with safety procedures and client requirements.
