Job summary

fileAI PTE. LTD. seeks a proactive Pre-Sales Engineer to partner with Account Executives, clarify customer needs, and deliver tailored product demonstrations.

You will own the technical aspects of the sales cycle—solution design, security reviews, architecture discussions, and PoC/pilot deployments to show product capabilities.

Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), APIs, Salesforce, Python/JavaScript scripting, and strong presentation skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in a Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, or related technical customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and business audiences.
• Experience with cloud platforms and APIs, and familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to understand customer needs and deliver tailored product demonstrations.
• Own the technical aspects of the sales cycle, including solution design, security reviews, and integration discussions.
• Lead PoC and pilot implementations to showcase product capabilities.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to prospects, addressing questions around architecture, APIs, data security, and scalability.
• Provide customer feedback to product and engineering teams to help guide roadmap decisions.
• Create and maintain reusable sales assets such as demo environments, solution diagrams, and technical FAQs.
• Occasionally support RFP/RFI responses with technical input.
• Contribute to the development of best practices, templates, and tools to streamline the implementation and delivery process.
• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and identify opportunities for upsell.
