Job summary

Dexian Asia Pacific is seeking a creator who can produce commercials that sell while helping build the AI-powered production tools. Half time on production delivering ads for social, CTV, short-form, and brand campaigns; half time labeling, evaluating AI output and feeding feedback to engineers.

You will sit with the product R&D team and set the quality bar. Candidates may come from advertising or be an AI-native creator with a proven reel.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience with ads for real brands under real budgets and timelines.
• Experience balancing brand-building and performance metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS).
• Finished AI-assisted video portfolio covering full workflow from brief to export.
• Ability to judge models and explain the choice.
• Proficient with current generative video, image, voice, music and editing tools.
• Aware of AI-content risks: rights, licensing, disclosure, labeling.
• Fast, organized under tight deadlines across variants and rounds.

Responsibilities

• Create product or campaign ads from brief to final cut for multiple formats.
• Label and evaluate AI-generated output for quality and brand alignment.
• Provide feedback to engineers and designers to improve the product.
• Design repeatable workflows and document prompts/templates.
