Qualifications
- 3+ years in video editing/production; agency or studio experience preferred.
- Proficiency with major AI video gen suites and integration into editing workflows.
- Prompt engineering for consistent aesthetics across outputs.
- AI-assisted color grading and audio enhancement.
- Automation of lip-sync/tools and rapid asset tagging/versioning.

- Proficient with leading AI video gen suites (e.g., generative models for scenes, upscaling, frame interpolation) and practical integration into editing workflows
- Mastery of prompt engineering for consistent aesthetics, lighting, and motion across outputs
- Advanced skills in AI-assisted color grading, audio enhancement, and lip-sync/tools automation
- Experience deploying custom AI pipelines for rapid thumbnail/storyboard generation, asset tagging, and versioning
- Ability to audit, validate outputs for quality and brand safety, and iterate quickly
- 3+ years in video editing/production; agency or studio experience preferred
- Proficiency: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve; Final Cut a plus
- Talented fresh grads with strong AI foundation will be considered
