MORGAN MCKINLEY PTE. LTD. is seeking a creator who can turn briefs into propulsive commercials across social platforms, from short 6-second bumpers to longer brand films.

You will lead from concept to final cut, ensuring brand alignment, product truth, and platform-optimized delivery. You should have hands-on video production experience, a portfolio with AI-assisted content, and strong judgment on models and tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience producing video ads for brands or clients.
• Portfolio featuring ads produced under real budgets and timelines.
• Experience with AI-assisted video workflows from concept to export.
• Knowledge of ad formats, audience signals and platform requirements.

Responsibilities

• Concept to final cut: briefs into scripts, storyboards and finished ads for multiple formats.
• Translate briefs into clear creative executions aligned with brand and call-to-action.
• Direct prompts and tools to achieve desired visual, motion and voice outcomes.
• Cut videos for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, pre-roll and TV/CTV with correct ratios and pacing.
• Build and test variants to support A/B evaluations and optimize performance.
• Ensure brand safety, accuracy and compliance with policies in every deliverable.
