Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Design, Animation, Film & Television, Digital Media or related field preferred.
• Can independently deliver complete video works end-to-end.
• Portfolio link required in application (MANDATORY).
• Strong narrative and visual expression with director/creator mindset.
• Hands-on use of AI video generation tools in production pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production of brand social media video content (creative conception to final output).
• Plan structure, rhythm, emotion, and narrative methods for engaging social media content.
• Complete workflow: Creativity → Storyboard → Production (2D/3D/Real-shot/AI-generated) → Output.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure brand standards.
• Explore and leverage AI video generation tools to improve efficiency and expressiveness.
