Job summary

Maxify AI is seeking an AI Video Creator to design end-to-end production workflows that transform briefs and assets into repeatable, high-quality videos across brands.

You will integrate AI models, editing tools and storage via APIs and automation, creating reusable templates and robust brand settings while maintaining strong creative judgment and quality control.

Qualifications

• Hands-on integration using n8n, Make, APIs, Python or JavaScript.
• Creative judgment to spot AI artifacts and storytelling gaps.
• Ability to troubleshoot failures and explain trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end workflow: brief intake, scripts/storyboards, asset generation, editing and rendering, quality review.
• Connect AI models, editing tools, asset storage and review processes via APIs or automation.
• Create hooks, visuals, pacing and sound while preserving brand consistency.
• Build templates, versioned prompts and configurable brand settings.
• Handle failed generations, missing assets, slow providers and re-deliveries.
• Add quality checks, approval gates, logs, cost tracking and alerts.
• Test creative with marketing teams; improve cost per asset and speed.
• Document and hand over workflows so others can run them reliably.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Build the system behind great video—not just the next video.

Maxify is hiring an AI Video Creator who combines creative judgment with the ability to build reliable AI-powered video-production workflows. You will turn briefs and approved product assets into consistent, high-quality videos through systems that can be repeated, measured and adapted across brands.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design the end-to-end workflow: brief intake, scripts and storyboards, asset generation, editing and rendering, quality review, and approved delivery.
• Connect AI models, editing tools, asset storage and review processes using APIs, automation platforms or code.
• Create strong hooks, stories, visuals, pacing and sound while preserving accurate product appearance and brand consistency.
• Build structured briefs, reusable templates, versioned prompts and configurable brand settings.
• Handle failed generations, missing assets, slow providers and rejected outputs without losing work or duplicating deliveries.
• Add quality checks, human approval gates, run logs, cost tracking and clear exception alerts.
• Test creative effectiveness with marketing teams; improve cost per approved asset and production speed without sacrificing quality.
• Document, deploy and hand over workflows so another operator can run them reliably.

REQUIREMENTS

• A strong video portfolio AND evidence of an end-to-end workflow you personally built.
• Hands-on integration skills using tools such as n8n, Make, APIs, Python or JavaScript; tool choice is flexible.
• Strong creative judgment and the ability to identify AI artifacts, false claims, product inaccuracies and weak storytelling.
• Ability to troubleshoot failures, evaluate output quality and explain technical trade-offs.
• Evidence of ownership, rapid learning and measurable improvements in a real operating context.
