Job summary

Shopee is seeking a skilled strategy professional to lead regional AI transformation within the People function. You will identify AI opportunities, translate pain points into use cases, and manage a portfolio of AI initiatives across regional and local teams.

You bring at least 2 years in strategy consulting, strong analytics, and superb communication. Experience with AI products and LLMs is a plus. The role emphasizes governance, KPIs, and change management to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; a Master’s degree would be advantageous but is not required.
• Minimum 2 years of full-time strategy working experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm, excluding internship and part-time work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous business problems and develop practical recommendations.
• Strong project management skills, including managing timelines, deliverables, risks and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and dashboards to generate insights and measure impact.
• Experience with AI products, Large Language Models and common enterprise use cases.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the Regional People AI transformation agenda, identifying opportunities to improve productivity, employee experience, quality, cost, and risk.
• Work with People teams to translate workflow pain points into prioritised AI use cases, business cases and implementation plans.
• Manage the portfolio of AI initiatives, including project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks and stakeholder updates.
• Coordinate execution across Regional and Local People teams, Product, Technology, Data and other relevant functions.
• Drive rollout and adoption through process redesign, SOPs, playbooks, training and change-management activities.
• Define and track KPIs for adoption and business impact, and use performance data and user feedback to improve solutions.
• Support responsible AI governance, including usage guidelines, guardrails and documentation.
