SHOPEE SINGAPORE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a strategy-focused professional to lead the Regional People AI transformation agenda. You will collaborate with People, Product, Tech, and Data teams to identify AI use cases, build business cases, and drive implementation across regions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; a Master’s degree is advantageous but not required.
• Minimum 2 years of full-time strategy experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to structure ambiguous business problems and develop practical recommendations.
• Strong project management skills, including managing timelines, deliverables, risks and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and dashboards to generate insights and measure impact.
• Experience with AI products, Large Language Models and common enterprise use cases.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the development and execution of the regional AI transformation agenda, identifying opportunities to improve productivity, employee experience, quality, cost, and risk.
• Translate workflow pain points into prioritised AI use cases, business cases and implementation plans.
• Manage the portfolio of AI initiatives, including project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks and stakeholder updates.
• Coordinate execution across Regional and Local People teams, Product, Technology, Data and other relevant functions.
• Drive rollout and adoption through process redesign, SOPs, playbooks, training and change-management activities.
• Define and track KPIs for adoption and business impact, and use performance data and user feedback to improve solutions.
• Support responsible AI governance, including usage guidelines, guardrails and documentation.
