Job summary

Shopee's Regional AI team seeks an AI Strategy PMO to shape the portfolio-level operating model for AI across Shopee and Monee. Translate leadership priorities into strategies, roadmaps, governance, and measurable outcomes, while connecting initiatives across markets and platform teams.

You will support planning, data collection, and leadership-ready materials, helping leadership decide on AI priorities and investments in enterprise AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; master's is advantageous but not required.
• Prior internship or full-time exposure to Strategy, PMO, or related cross-functional roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to organise information clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to prepare clear materials.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with data and dashboards.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Eagerness to learn and grow into broader PMO roles.
• Interest in AI and enterprise technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio-level tracking of AI initiatives across markets.
• Prepare agendas, track decisions, and follow up on action items.
• Assist in evaluating and prioritising AI opportunities.
• Compile data on AI adoption, productivity, cost metrics.
• Support evidence collection for portfolio-level reporting.
• Prepare leadership materials such as dashboards and status decks.
• Assist in annual and quarterly planning, including pipelines and HC.
• Document operating mechanisms and escalation paths.
