Job summary

SHOPEE SINGAPORE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an AI Strategy PMO to shape portfolio-level AI strategy, governance, and operating models across Shopee and Monee. You will translate leadership priorities into clear AI roadmaps and measurable outcomes, and run management cadences across markets and product teams.

The role focuses on portfolio direction, governance, impact management, and leadership support, partnering with AI Solution / BPM teams and platform groups to drive pilots and rollout

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; master's advantageous but not required.
• Internship or full-time exposure to Strategy, Strategy Operations, PMO, Management Consulting, BizOps, Corporate Planning, or similar cross-functional role.

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio-level view of AI initiatives across markets and domains, including status updates, dependencies, and risks.
• Coordinate AI management cadences by preparing agendas, consolidating updates, tracking actions, and following up on decisions.
• Assist in applying frameworks for evaluating and prioritising AI opportunities.
• Compile and organise data on AI adoption, productivity, quality, and cost metrics for reporting.
• Support owners in collecting and validating impact evidence for portfolio reporting.
• Prepare leadership-facing materials such as dashboards and status decks.

About the Team:

The Regional AI team drives enterprise-wide AI transformation across Shopee and Monee by connecting business priorities, AI platforms and solutions, capacity governance, and measurable business impact.

We work closely with Regional and Local teams to define where AI can create the greatest value, establish scalable operating mechanisms, and help leadership make informed decisions on AI priorities, investment, adoption, and organisational impact.

About the Role

We are looking for an AI Strategy PMO professional to shape the strategic direction and portfolio-level operating model for AI across Shopee and Monee.

You will translate leadership priorities into clear AI strategies, roadmaps, governance mechanisms, and measurable outcomes. You will also run the management cadence that connects AI initiatives across markets, business domains, platform teams, AI Solution / BPM teams, and foundation teams.

This role focuses on portfolio direction, governance, impact management, and leadership decision support. You will partner closely with AI Solution / BPM owners responsible for business process discovery, solution design, pilot delivery, and rollout execution.

Job Description:

• Support the tracking and maintenance of the portfolio-level view of AI initiatives across markets and business domains, including status updates, dependencies, and risk logs
• Help coordinate regular AI management cadences by preparing agendas, consolidating updates, tracking action items, and following up on decisions
• Assist in applying frameworks for evaluating and prioritising AI opportunities, under guidance from senior team members
• Compile and organise data on AI adoption, productivity, quality, and cost metrics to support measurement and reporting efforts
• Support business, product, BI, and solution owners in collecting and validating impact evidence for portfolio-level reporting
• Help prepare leadership-facing materials such as dashboards, status decks, and summary write-ups under the direction of senior PMO leads
• Support annual and quarterly planning activities, including data collation for initiative pipelines, budget tracking, and HC planning inputs
• Assist in documenting operating mechanisms, ownership maps, and escalation paths across AI PMO, AI Champions, platform teams, and AI Solution / BPM owners
• Help coordinate with AI Solution / BPM, AI platform, Token / Model Hub, governance, and business teams to gather information and support issue resolution
• Stay informed on developments in enterprise AI and help summarise relevant trends for the team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in any field; A master's degree is advantageous but not required
• Prior internship or full-time exposure to Strategy, Strategy Operations, PMO, Management Consulting, BizOps, Corporate Planning, or a similar cross-functional role (internships count)
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to organise information clearly and support structured problem-solving
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear, well-organised materials.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with data and spreadsheets/dashboards.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Eagerness to learn, take ownership of assigned tasks, and grow into broader strategy and PMO responsibilities
• Interest in AI and enterprise technology topics is a plus
