Shopee is expanding its People team and seeking a strategy professional to lead the Regional AI transformation agenda. You will identify AI use cases, develop business cases, and manage a portfolio of initiatives across People, Product, Technology and Data.

You will shape adoption through SOPs, training and governance to deliver measurable impact. The role requires strong analytics, project management and stakeholder skills, plus hands-on experience with AI products and dashboards to drive

Competenze

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to structure ambiguous business problems and deliver practical recommendations.
Excellent project management skills with ability to manage timelines, deliverables, risks and cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience with AI products, Large Language Models and common enterprise use cases.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Mansioni

Support the development and execution of regional AI transformation initiatives in People.
Translate workflow pain points into prioritised AI use cases, business cases and implementation plans.
Manage portfolio of AI initiatives with plans, timelines, dependencies and risks.
Coordinate execution across Regional and Local People teams, Product, Technology and Data.
Drive rollout through process redesign, SOPs, playbooks, and training.
