Job summary

FairPrice Group in Singapore seeks a Manager (Enterprise Transformation) to drive end-to-end change execution for the AI and agentic transformation engine, partnering with HR, Strategic Communications, and D&T to ensure readiness and broad adoption across Finance, HR, and business units.

The role sits in Group Strategy & Transformation, leading enterprise-wide change messaging, operating model shifts, and stakeholder engagement with hands-on PMO reporting and manager activation to deliver

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5–8 years in change management, corporate transformation, or PMO roles.
Experience leading ERP or digital transformation PMOs is a plus.
Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end change execution for the 5-step AI/agentic transformation engine across multiple functions.
Operationalize the Enterprise Change Message House with tailored communications.
Align change messaging across HR, communications, and business leaders.
Drive function-wide operating model shifts and process re-engineering initiatives.
Design manager enablement tools, champion networks, and track adoption and sentiment.
Support PMO reporting for Steering Committee and Board-level updates.
