ALC CAPITAL ADVISORS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks an Investment Associate/Senior Associate to drive deal execution in the TMT/AI space and to lead research and deal sourcing activities in Singapore. You will work with senior members to manage milestones and coordinate due diligence.
The role combines transaction work with market research and post‑investor follow‑up, requiring strong financial modeling and sector knowledge, plus fluency in English and Mandarin ideally for cross‑border stakeholders.
Formación
- Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, economics, or a STEM field.
- Approximately 5 years of relevant full-time experience, incl. 2–3 years in direct investment or M&A.
- Background in investment banking or private equity/VC with hands-on M&A experience preferred.
- Familiarity with TMT/AI sector and financial fundamentals (LBO modeling).
Responsabilidades
- Manage core stages of deal execution: screening, target ID, due diligence, modeling, and investment memoranda.
- Support industry research and deal sourcing across TMT/AI sectors and build a deal network.
- Assist in term sheet discussions, investment committee materials, and post‑investment data analysis.
