Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an AI Systems Engineer to design, deploy and support AI-powered business solutions using Copilot Studio and the Power Platform. You will develop multi-agent architectures, automate workflows and integrate enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in a related field and at least 2 years’ experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio, plus proficiency in two or more related technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
• Proficiency in two or more listed technologies (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Microsoft 365 Integrations, Azure AI).

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI solutions using Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Agents SDK.
• Develop multi-agent architectures to automate complex business processes.
• Configure workflows to route tasks and share information between AI agents.
• Integrate Copilot with enterprise systems via Dataverse and connectors.
• Develop and maintain automated workflows with Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop).
• Build and support business apps using Power Apps.
• Enable AI agents to interact with connected apps and update data.
• Conduct UAT and validate functionality and conversational logic.
• Manage packaging, deployment and ALM across environments.
• Troubleshoot bottlenecks, integration failures and API issues.
• Monitor platform health and token usage for deployed solutions.
• Create SOPs, technical docs and user guides for admins and users.
• Conduct knowledge transfer and provide ongoing support documentation.

About the role

We are seeking an AI Systems Engineer (Power Platform & Copilot) to design, develop, deploy and support AI-powered business solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing multi-agent AI solutions, automating workflows, integrating enterprise systems and supporting deployment, testing and operational activities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy scalable and secure AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Agents SDK.

• Develop and manage multi-agent architectures to support complex business processes and intelligent automation.

• Configure orchestration workflows between AI agents to automate task routing and information sharing.

• Integrate Copilot solutions with enterprise systems, APIs and external data sources using Microsoft Dataverse and custom connectors.

• Develop, enhance and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop).

• Build and support business applications using Microsoft Power Apps.

• Enable AI agents to retrieve data, update records and trigger automated actions through connected applications.

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and collaborate with stakeholders to validate solution functionality, response quality and conversational logic.

• Manage solution packaging, deployment and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) across development, testing and production environments.

• Troubleshoot system bottlenecks, integration failures, API issues and unexpected AI agent behaviours.

• Monitor platform health, performance, token usage and operational effectiveness of deployed AI solutions.

• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), technical documentation, user guides and training materials for business users and administrators.

• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and provide ongoing support documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience within Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio ecosystems.

• Proficient in two or more of the following technologies:

  • Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop)

  • Microsoft Power Apps

  • Microsoft Dataverse

  • Microsoft 365 Integrations

  • Azure AI Services

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in application deployment, UAT and production support environments will be advantageous.
