Job summary

Visa is seeking an applied AI engineer to build and run the AP leadership Agent for the Asia Pacific region. You will write Python and SQL, work in a Node.js and React codebase, design agent workflows and the tools they call, and be responsible for whether the product answers are correct.

You will own defined workstreams end to end, collaborating with data, platform, security and product teams while applying responsible‑AI practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a quantitative/technical field.
• 3–6 years building analytical apps, data workflows or AI-powered products.
• Strong Python and SQL production code experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop Python services and Node.js/React APIs.
• Design and implement stateful, observable workflows.
• Validate outputs against trusted data sources and reports.
• Ensure production readiness with testing, instrumentation and monitoring.
• Collaborate with data, platform, security, and product teams.
