Job summary

Mastercard seeks a Director, Applied AI Product Enablement & Commercialisation to shape and scale AI-powered SME solutions in Asia Pacific. You will lead regional commercialisation and deployment of emerging AI products, beginning with the Virtual C-Suite initiative and the Virtual CFO experience.

• Experience with AI-powered products, Generative AI solutions, or ML applications in product/commercial roles.
• Ability to bridge technical and business audiences and translate AI concepts into customer value.
• Experience taking innovative technology products to market including go-to-market execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercialisation and regional deployment of AI-powered SME solutions.
• Serve as APAC SME expert for Applied AI, defining how AI capabilities address customer needs.
• Collaborate with global product/engineering/AI teams to translate regional needs into requirements and roadmap priorities.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and market trends to identify new SME use cases.
• Work with customers, partners, and sales teams to articulate AI value and drive adoption.
• Develop and execute go-to-market and commercialisation strategies for product launches.
