NCS Group is seeking a strategic analyst to help shape AI adoption across its Asia Pacific client base. You will research technologies, evaluate opportunities, and support executive-level decision-making with business cases and roadmaps.

The role emphasizes collaboration with diverse stakeholders, keeping governance and responsible AI principles at the forefront while driving learning and innovation across teams.

• Strong analytical thinking and ability to synthesize information from multiple sources.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to present complex ideas to non-technical audiences.

• Organized and detail-oriented, especially when managing documents and tracking multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Analysis: Conduct research on AI technologies, industry trends, and best practices to support strategic decision-making.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with business units to understand AI needs and surface opportunities; facilitate workshops and alignment sessions.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare presentation decks; document AI use cases, evaluation findings, and lessons learned.
• Innovation & Learning: Stay current on AI developments and participate in internal knowledge-sharing activities.
