Job summary

BSRI Solutions Pvt Ltd in Singapore seeks a Manager - AI Security to lead the design and implementation of AI security controls across the organization, defending against AI-powered threats and securing internal AI systems and copilots.

You will partner with GRC teams and the AI Assurance Manager to ensure compliance with security frameworks, implement secure-by-design architectures, and drive remediation across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, engineering, or related field.
• 7–10 years in cybersecurity with at least 3 years in AI/ML security or MLSecOps.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Define and own AI security strategy aligned to enterprise risk posture.
• Establish secure-by-design architecture patterns for AI/ML systems and governance frameworks.
• Serve as technical authority on AI security for senior stakeholders and Board reporting.
• Lead AI red-teaming, vendor management, and remediation of audit findings.
• Monitor AI security posture and coordinate across IT, Risk, and Ops.
