Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Manager – AI Security to lead the organisation’s AI/ML cybersecurity strategy, architecture and security controls, protecting Generative AI, agentic AI, and ML platforms. You will act as the technical authority for AI security.

Collaborate with Technology GRC, Internal Audit, SOC and IT to establish a robust security posture, drive secure-by-design implementations, and deliver executive-level updates to the board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Cybersecurity, or Engineering.
• 7–10 years of cybersecurity experience with 3+ years in AI/ML security.
• Hands-on with production AI systems (Generative AI, agentic AI or ML pipelines).
• Strong knowledge of NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OWASP LLM Top 10 and MITRE ATLAS.
• CISSP/CISM or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define AI Security strategy and secure-by-design architecture.
• Establish AI security governance aligned with regulatory standards.
• Design controls for Generative AI, AI agents, copilots and ML pipelines.
• Lead AI threat protection including deepfake-driven risks and exfiltration.
• Coordinate AI security testing, incident response and remediation.
• Provide senior management and Board-level reporting on AI security.
• Manage AI security vendors and budgets.
