Job summary

ST Logistics PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a senior AI security leader to define and own the AI security strategy, aligning with enterprise security and risk posture. The role covers secure-by-design architectures, defenses against AI threats, and governance across AI systems and vendors.

You will lead AI red-teaming, embed detections in SIEM/SOC, and report to senior stakeholders. Strong communication and executive presence are essential for success in this critical infrastructure sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, engineering, AI or ML.
• 8+ years in cybersecurity with at least 3 years in AI/ML security or MLSecOps.
• Hands-on experience securing production AI systems (generative AI, agentic systems, ML pipelines).
• Ability to translate AI risk into a board-level narrative.
• Senior security certification such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, defence-adjacent, or critical infrastructure sectors.
• Familiarity with AI red-team tooling such as Garak, PyRIT, or AR Toolbox.
• Cloud AI security expertise (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI).
• Exposure to Singapore CCoP-CII or critical-information-infrastructure security requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the AI Security strategy aligned with ST Logistics' security framework and risk posture.
• Establish secure-by-design architecture for AI/ML systems across vendors and platforms.
• Defend against AI-powered external threats including deepfakes and AI-driven phishing.
• Secure internal AI agents, copilots, and automation with controls on prompts and sandboxing.
• Lead AI red-teaming and adversarial testing, drive remediation to closure.
• Embed AI detections within SIEM/SOC and develop response playbooks for AI incidents.
