Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Manager – AI Security to lead the organisation’s AI/ML cybersecurity strategy, architecture and security controls.

You will work with Technology GRC, Internal Audit, AI Assurance and SOC to establish a robust AI security posture, aligning with global standards.

The role requires 7–10 years in cybersecurity, 3 years in AI security, and hands-on experience securing production AI systems, with strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, cybersecurity or engineering.
• 7–10 years in cybersecurity with ≥3 years in AI/ML security.
• Hands-on experience securing production AI systems.
• Knowledge of NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, MITRE ATLAS; CISSP/CISM or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Define AI security strategy with secure-by-design architecture.
• Establish AI security governance aligned with standards.
• Design security controls for Gen AI, AI agents and ML pipelines.
• Lead protection against AI-powered threats; AI phishing, deepfakes.
• Drive AI red-teaming, testing, remediation and incident response.
• Provide senior management/board reporting on AI security posture.
• Manage vendors and security testing providers and budgets.
