Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of experience in program coordination, HR, talent development, events management, or related field.
• Highly organized and delivery-focused with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• AI-fluent and technology-forward with curiosity in using AI, automation, analytics and digital tools to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of Early Careers programs, including onboarding, learning and development sessions, engagement activities, and offboarding.
• Plan, organise and execute program events, ensuring smooth logistics and participant engagement.
• Draft and distribute program communications to participants, stakeholders and leadership.
• Maintain program records, track attendance, gather feedback, and prepare reports on program metrics.
• Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, HR partners, and other teams to meet timelines and deliverables.
• Assist employer branding efforts, including social media posts and campus engagement activities.
• Provide administrative support such as scheduling, budget tracking and vendor coordination.
