is seeking an early careers program coordinator to support end-to-end delivery of AP/early careers programs, including onboarding, learning sessions, and engagement activities in a fast-paced environment. You will plan and execute events, draft communications, maintain records, track attendance and feedback, and collaborate with recruiters, HR partners, and campus teams to meet timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of program coordination or related field.
• Highly organized and delivery-focused with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• AI-fluent and tech-forward, with curiosity in using AI/analytics tools to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

Job description

Job Duties:

• Program Coordination: Support the AP Programs squad in the end-to-end delivery of Early Careers programs, including onboarding, learning and development sessions, engagement activities, and offboarding.
• Event Support: Help plan, organise, and execute program events such as networking sessions, career workshops, and recognition activities, ensuring smooth logistics and participant engagement.
• Communications: Assist with drafting and distributing program-related communications to participants, stakeholders, and leadership teams.
• Data & Reporting: Maintain program records, track attendance, gather feedback, and prepare reports on program metrics for review.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, HR partners, and other functional teams to ensure timelines, deliverables, and participant needs are met.
• Brand & Engagement: Support employer branding efforts, including social media posts, campus engagement activities, and internal communications to promote the programs.
• Continuous Improvement
• Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, budget tracking, and vendor coordination as required.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of experience in program coordination, HR, talent development, events management, or a related field (experience in Early Careers or graduate programs is a plus).
• Highly organized and delivery-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate moving parts, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• AI-fluent and technology-forward, with demonstrated curiosity in using AI, automation, analytics, and digital tools to simplify work, generate insights, enhance candidate and participant experiences, and improve program outcomes.
