Job summary

Procter & Gamble Singapore is seeking an AI scientist to advance skin and scalp biology through AI-powered discovery. You will build AI-driven workflows, integrate multimodal data, and collaborate with experimental teams to translate biology questions into computational experiments.

The role emphasizes designing rigorous experiments, applying advanced AI to biological data, and contributing to the SBDA platform within the Singapore Innovation Center.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Applied AI or related field with 3–5 years' experience in AI for Life Sciences.
• Experience in modeling biological systems and connecting observations to insights.
• Experience in skin and hair follicle biology preferred.
• Strong experimental mindset with rigorous scientific methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply AI-driven approaches to accelerate biological discovery using multimodal data.
• Develop DBTL workflows linking biology, data generation, modeling and validation.
• Analyze large-scale biological datasets to generate hypotheses and guide decisions.
• Collaborate with experimental scientists to translate biology questions into computational experiments.
• Contribute to Skin Bioscience Discovery Accelerator's AI-enabled discovery platform.
