PROCTER & GAMBLE INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS SA Singapore Branch is seeking a Scientist Manager in Bio-AI & Multi-Omics to drive AI/ML strategies across imaging, genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics. You will lead the development of foundation models predicting cellular behavior and health outcomes, partnering with experimental scientists to accelerate discovery.

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, AI/ML, CS, or related quantitative discipline.
• Strong expertise in deep learning, computer vision, multi-modal AI, and multi-omics data integration.
• Proven ability to translate large-scale biological data into predictive models and actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply AI/ML models to analyze and integrate multi-modal biological data, including imaging, genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics.
• Build next-generation foundation models that predict cellular behavior, biological responses, and health outcomes from large-scale biological datasets.
• Design innovative multi-modal AI solutions that transform complex biological data into actionable scientific insights.
• Collaborate with experimental scientists to generate hypotheses, guide experiment design, and accelerate biological discovery.
• Continuously improve AI models through iterative learning from newly generated biological and experimental data.
