Job summary

Procter & Gamble Singapore Innovation Center at Biopolis seeks a Scientist Manager in Bio-AI & Multi-Omics to lead AI/ML efforts across imaging, genomics, and proteomics. You will partner with experimental teams to design studies, validate models, and apply insights that accelerate research impact.

You will report to an R&D Director and join a growing team of experts advancing AI-driven biology in the region. A PhD or equivalent and strong ML skills are required.

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent experience in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, AI/ML, Computer Science, or related quantitative field.
• Strong expertise in deep learning, computer vision, multi-modal AI, and multi-omics data integration.
• Ability to translate large-scale biological data into predictive models and insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply AI/ML models to analyze and integrate multi-modal biological data.
• Build foundation models that predict cellular behavior and health outcomes from large datasets.
• Design AI solutions that transform complex data into actionable scientific insights.
• Collaborate with experimental scientists to generate hypotheses and guide experiments.
• Continuously improve AI models through iterative learning from new data.
