Qualifications

• PhD/MS/BS in Chemical Eng., Materials Science or related field.
• 2–5 years in product design or tech development.
• Ability to design experiments, analyze data, and derive insights.
• Modeling and simulation experience is a plus.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong collaborative skills across multi-functional, multicultural teams.
• Clear communication of complex findings and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver end-to-end product development for Skin Product.
• Explore new materials and chemistries to design new skin care products.
• Develop & execute plans to optimize current products portfolio.
• Develop hypotheses, test methods, simulations to accelerate product design.
• Build robust data packages and provide actionable analysis.
• Partner closely with R&D teams globally and engage external suppliers.
• Contribute to technical strategy and IP roadmap.
• Learn and build IP strategy and moat.
