Job summary

Procter & Gamble seeks an exceptional scientist for a 2-year Postdoc program in Singapore, focused on skin and scalp biology. The project combines advanced biology, AI‑enabled discovery, and cross‑functional mentorship to uncover mechanisms underlying health and aging of skin and scalp.

You will work with P&G Research Fellows and global leaders to design studies, analyze multimodal data, and publish findings that could translate into consumer health breakthroughs in collaboration with our R&D

Qualifications

PhD in Skin Biology or related field; postdoctoral experience encouraged.
Strong publications in peer-reviewed journals.
Hands‑on experience with advanced biology techniques and model systems.
Ability to design and lead cross‑functional research programs.

Responsibilities

Pioneer new frameworks to understand biological performance, resilience, and health across lifespan.
Design and execute high-impact research using advanced biology and AI‑enabled discovery.
Collaborate with global scientific leaders to shape strategy and accelerate discovery.
Operate in a Design‑Build‑Test‑Learn environment integrating experiments and computation.
Translate discoveries into publications, IP, collaborations, and opportunities.
