Qualifications

• Deep data center construction knowledge across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, controls, and plumbing in mission-critical environments.
• Lifecycle delivery experience from mobilization through turnover/handover.
• High accountability leadership under pressure with vendor oversight and delivery discipline.

Responsabilités

• Lead site-based delivery of AI data center infrastructure including base building, MEP, white space readiness, containment, and enabling works.
• Direct and govern colocation provider execution to OCI standards with schedule, quality, and coordination accountability.
• Drive short-interval planning, look-aheads, constraint removal, and recovery actions to protect critical dates and readiness gates.
• Independently assess delivery plans and progress to identify risk early and communicate potential business impacts.
• Coordinate interfaces across design, construction, and commissioning to support tenant fit-out and network readiness.
• Own QA/QC execution including ITPs, inspections, NCRs, corrective actions, punch lists, turnover, and closeout.
• Ensure construction aligns to approved design intent; support disciplined change control and document governance.
• Lead safety performance and compliance with local regulations, codes, standards, and OCI requirements; drive audits and corrective actions.
• Manage contractor and vendor performance; provide evaluation inputs for continuous improvement.
• Run site cadence (daily/weekly) and provide executive-ready updates; maintain action/issue registers.
• Site-based role in Singapore with up to 25% travel as required for project delivery.
