Job summary

WGT EHR PTE. LTD. is seeking a data-driven Data Scientist to lead end-to-end AI and data science initiatives, partnering with business stakeholders to translate challenges into scalable solutions. You will drive projects from ideation through deployment in collaboration with cross-functional tech teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in AI, data products, and project management, with strong Agile/Scrum skills and cloud platform familiarity (GCP, AWS, or Azure).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in STEM, CS, IT, or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in Technical Business Analysis, Technical Project Management, Product Ownership, or similar roles in AI/Data Science.
• Experience managing full AI/Data Science project lifecycle from requirements to deployment and handover.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into AI and data-driven solutions.
• Lead the full project lifecycle from scoping to closure.
• Define objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, Developers, and Technical Leads to deliver feasible AI solutions.
• Manage schedules, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and governance for timely delivery.
• Apply Agile and Scrum to manage AI/Data Science initiatives.
• Prepare updates and business recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Facilitate UAT, deployment, and handover to BAU or support teams.
• Drive continuous improvement based on stakeholder feedback.
