Job summary

ACHIEVE CAREER CONSULTANT PTE LTD is seeking a Data Scientist to lead AI and data-driven initiatives, bridging business challenges with technical solutions. You will translate needs between business stakeholders and technical teams, guiding projects from ideation to production.

Role emphasizes hands-on delivery, collaboration with data scientists and engineers, and applying Agile methodologies to ensure timely value delivery across cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Data/AI project delivery or similar roles.
• Experience across AI/Data Science lifecycle from ideation to production.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML and data-driven solutions.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Able to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI and Data Science projects, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into objectives and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Developers, Engineers and Technical Leads to deliver scalable solutions.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, resources, risks and dependencies.
• Apply Agile / Scrum methodologies to drive delivery.
• Coordinate UAT, production readiness, deployment and handover.
• Present updates and findings to business and senior stakeholders clearly.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and alignment between business and tech teams.
• Ensure project documentation, approvals and governance are in place.
• Drive continuous improvement through AI, data and technology.
