Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced product managers to help train their language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role focuses on owning roadmaps, PRDs, and go-to-market launches across core workflows.

This flexible, remote engagement offers 5-20 hours per week with start ASAP, paying $80 per hour. Ideal for candidates who excel at crafting clear requirements and translating data into shipped product decisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a product manager owning the full lifecycle from PRD authorship through roadmap prioritization and launch execution
• Experience designing or reading A/B test readouts and translating results into shipped product decisions
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and GTM launches for AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs and refine roadmaps and stakeholder updates
