Job summary

UnlockLand is seeking an AI Product Manager to lead enterprise AI product development in Singapore. You will own end-to-end product delivery from discovery through adoption, designing complex workflows and prototypes using AI-assisted tools, and collaborating with customers, designers and engineers to ship production-ready features.

Responsibilities

• Own product development from customer discovery through launch and adoption.
• Define product strategy, priorities, roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Translate complex customer workflows into clear and practical product solutions.
• Lead product discovery, requirement workshops, POCs and customer demonstrations.
• Develop user stories, product specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritise requirements based on customer value, technical complexity and business impact.
• Coordinate product delivery across design, engineering and customer-facing teams.
• Monitor product usage and convert customer feedback into product improvements.
• Design products for complex enterprise and public-sector workflows.
• Develop workflows involving multiple users, roles, permissions and approval stages.
• Consider enterprise requirements such as audit trails, security, data governance and administration.
• Design data-heavy interfaces that remain clear and easy to use.
• Support customer-specific configurations without creating an unmaintainable product.
• Balance customer requirements with a scalable long-term product architecture.
• Turn successful POCs into repeatable and production-ready platform capabilities.
• Independently build functional product prototypes using AI-assisted coding tools.
• Develop and test LLM-powered workflows, agents and intelligent product interactions.
• Prototype new ideas quickly before committing full engineering resources.

The Role

This is not a traditional product management role focused mainly on documentation, tickets and coordination.

You will be expected to understand complex enterprise requirements, design excellent product experiences and independently build functional prototypes using AI-assisted development tools.

You will work directly with customers, designers and engineers to take products from initial requirements through concept, prototype, POC, production delivery and user adoption.

The successful candidate must demonstrate three core capabilities:

• Experience building and shipping enterprise-grade platforms
• Ability to independently “vibe code” and operate as an AI builder
• Exceptional interaction-design judgment and product taste

• Academic or professional background in urban planning, urban design, architecture or real estate development.
• Experience building products for planners, developers, government agencies or statutory boards.
• Experience with GIS, mapping, spatial data or geospatial platforms.
• Familiarity with Mapbox, MapLibre, Three.js, CesiumJS or related technologies.
• Experience with land analysis, planning regulations, development feasibility or pre-development workflows.
• Experience building AI agents, RAG systems or document-processing workflows.
• Experience using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Python, PostgreSQL or Supabase.
• Professional proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.

This Role May Not Be Suitable If

• Your product experience is limited to writing requirements and managing engineering tickets.
• You have not personally shipped an enterprise software product.
• You are unable to build or demonstrate a functional prototype independently.
• Your experience is limited to simple consumer applications or marketing websites.
• You do not have a portfolio demonstrating interaction design and product judgment.
• You prefer to delegate all design and technical decisions to other team members.
