Job summary

Accenture is seeking a leader to embed AX Design and AI into next-generation process transformations for clients across industries. You will shape methodologies, govern quality, coach senior specialists, and align with technology and delivery partners.

Responsible for defining how AI is applied in process redesign, managing workshops, and delivering end-to-end engagements while developing your team and advancing transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting
• Minimum 2 years of deep industry expertise in at least one domain, with the ability to apply it to transformation methodology design
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing and developing team members in a consulting environment
• Minimum 1 year of experience building, evaluating, and scaling AI-enabled solutions into client work with the ability to explain how AI addresses business problems
• Proven track record facilitating client workshops and presenting to senior leadership
• Strong executive communication and facilitation skills

Responsibilities

• Embed AI into future state design for clients and ways of working.
• Define the process redesign standard across industries and govern its use.
• Determine client facilitation approach: discovery and governance.
• Define benchmarking and transformation roadmap methodology.
• Apply domain expertise and playbook consistently across engagements.
• Lead client workshops and manage day-to-day relationships.
• Approve final process designs before delivery.
• Develop direct reports; coach on redesign and leadership.
• Coordinate with technology and delivery partners to align design.
• Embed AX Design in domain methodology for AI experiences.
