Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager in Data & AI to lead complex, multi-workstream agentic AI programmes. You will diagnose business problems, design end-to-end AI solutions, and drive production delivery while maintaining credibility with VP and C‑suite stakeholders.

You will guide architecture decisions, grow client relationships, and contribute to practice development, with hands-on involvement in AI advancements and enterprise-scale deployments.

Qualifications

3+ years building and operating agentic AI systems in production.
8+ years experience in classical AI/ML, data engineering, and advanced analytics.
10+ years of full stack engineering and complex software delivery.
Experience leading client-facing business transformation programmes involving AI.

Responsibilities

Lead client discovery and visioning engagements; diagnose business processes and define agentic AI opportunities.
Design transformation roadmaps and manage multi-workstream delivery.
Drive technical design and production delivery of agentic AI systems; ensure production readiness and governance.
Engage senior client stakeholders (VP/C-suite) and manage executive reviews and governance.
