Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in management consulting or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience leading workforce transformation and HR-related engagements.
• Strong understanding of strategic workforce planning and analytics.
• Proven ability to manage client stakeholders and lead HR leaders and sponsors.
• Experience directing cross-functional teams in complex environments.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and data-to-insight skills.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Economics, or related discipline.

• Lead Talent and Workforce transformation engagements across planning, analytics, and design.
• Advise HR and business leaders on workforce strategies aligned with AI-driven changes.
• Leverage analytics to improve workforce productivity and cost effectiveness.
• Design roadmaps, operating models, and implementation plans for long-term goals.
• Lead interviews, workshops, and sessions to build alignment and decisions.
• Manage multi-workstream projects with quality delivery and team development.
• Translate workforce insights into executive recommendations and presentations.
• Support business development, proposals, client relationships, and thought leadership.
