Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure and Capital Projects, LLC is seeking an Associate Director in its Supply Chain & Enterprise practice to lead strategic transformation initiatives for large-scale clients, shaping agendas across supply chain, procurement, and operating models.

You will guide senior stakeholders, drive AI-enabled processes, deliver measurable outcomes, and contribute to practice growth through deal shaping, proposals, and executive briefings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain, operations or related field.
• Extensive experience in management consulting, supply chain transformation, procurement, or enterprise transformation.
• Demonstrated experience building business cases and transformation strategies for large organizations.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain operations, sourcing, procurement, and process design.
• Experience engaging senior executives and leading teams in fast-paced settings.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops and deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and transformation engagements across supply chain, procurement, and enterprise functions to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Develop compelling business cases and value-led roadmaps aligning operations with strategic objectives.
• Advise clients on cost transformation, operating model redesign, and process optimization.
• Facilitate complex problem-solving workshops and guide cross-functional teams through solution development.
• Drive sourcing and procurement transformation programs, including category strategy and spend optimization.
• Leverage AI, AI agents, and workflow capabilities to enhance efficiency and decision quality.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and identify opportunities for expanded value.
• Support sales origination including deal qualification, opportunity shaping, and proposal development.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to bring Accenture’s frameworks to clients.
