Breeze is building an AI-powered payments infrastructure. We’re hiring a Technical Account Manager in Singapore who will own merchant relationships, drive API integrations, and ensure smooth live deployments.

You’ll work with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Risk to optimize merchant health and revenue while shaping our technical account management function. You’ll troubleshoot production issues, document runbooks, and create guides to scale partner integrations.

Competenze

4+ years in Technical Account Management or similar client-facing role.
Strong knowledge of payments including fraud, risk, and reconciliation.
Experience with APIs, webhooks, and sandbox testing; proficient in Python/JS basics and SQL.
Ability to explain complex tech to engineers and executives.

Mansioni

Own the technical and commercial success of merchant accounts, driving adoption and retention.
Lead merchant integrations and go-lives end to end with API, webhook, and checkout guidance.
Be primary technical contact for merchant engineering teams; review implementations and advise on best practices.
Troubleshoot production issues; analyze logs and transaction data to find root causes.
