Infineon Technologies is seeking a motivated intern for the MyHR team in Singapore to explore Agentic AI solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will build AI-powered agents and automate HR workflows, delivering working prototypes to stakeholders.

Gain enterprise AI experience, learn ServiceNow design and implementation, and contribute to HR process AI applications while collaborating with HR, IT, and business teams. This internship emphasizes innovation lifecycle and governance awareness.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong interest in AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation technologies.
• Basic programming knowledge in Python, JavaScript, Java, or similar.
• Learning agility and willingness to learn new technologies, platforms, and business domains.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving with creative approach.
• Interest in HR technology, employee experience, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Good communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
• Can commit to more than 5 months (Jan 27 - May/June 27).

Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate Agentic AI and AI Agent capabilities applicable to HR processes.
• Design, build, and test AI-powered virtual agents and workflow solutions on ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
• Develop proofs-of-concept and working prototypes addressing real HR challenges.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into AI-driven designs.
• Present findings, demonstrations, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Learn and apply ServiceNow platform capabilities including AI and workflow automation.
