Job summary

FJ & Joseph Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to own Spacekoncept’s online presence and drive growth using AI-driven strategies. You’ll manage campaigns across Google, Meta, Instagram, TikTok and more, optimise SEO, and enhance product listings and content.

The role also spans social media, content creation, and e-commerce optimization. You’ll collaborate with the team to improve the customer journey, deliver engaging content, and stay ahead of trends in digital marketing

Qualifications

• Diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce or related role.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and digital advertising.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and Google Ads.
• Good copywriting and content creation skills.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut or similar content creation tools.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI marketing tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Creative, proactive and willing to experiment with new ideas.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product photos/videos and develop content (videos, reels, graphics, articles).
• Stay updated with trends and identify engagement opportunities.

• Write compelling product descriptions and optimise images/content.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who is creative, commercially minded and excited about using digital platforms and AI to grow an online business.

This is a hands-on role where you will have the opportunity to take ownership of our digital presence, generate leads, improve online sales and build the Spacekoncept brand.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and manage digital campaigns to generate website traffic, enquiries and sales.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise advertising budgets for better ROI.
• Develop promotional campaigns for products, seasonal offers and new product launches.

SEO & Website

• Improve website visibility through SEO and content marketing.
• Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities to increase organic traffic.
• Create and optimise website pages, product listings, landing pages and blog content.
• Monitor website traffic, rankings, conversions and customer behaviour using analytics tools.
• Work with the team to continuously improve the customer journey and online shopping experience.

Social Media & Content

• Manage and grow our social media presence.
• Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Develop content including product videos, reels, graphics, articles and promotional materials.
• Coordinate photography and video content for our products and projects.
• Stay updated with social media trends and identify new opportunities to increase engagement.

E-Commerce

• Manage and improve product listings on Spacekoncept and relevant online marketplaces.
• Write compelling product descriptions and optimise product images and content.
• Support online promotions, campaigns and product launches.
• Analyse customer behaviour and sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
• Work with the operations team to improve the overall e-commerce experience.

AI & Marketing Technology

• Explore and implement AI tools to improve marketing productivity and content creation.
• Use AI for content generation, customer engagement, research, SEO and marketing automation.
• Explore automation opportunities for lead generation, customer follow-up and digital marketing.
• Experiment with emerging AI marketing tools and recommend solutions that can improve business performance.

What We Are Looking For
