Job summary

FJ & Joseph Pte Ltd, the operator of Spacekoncept, is seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to own and grow our online presence. You’ll run campaigns across Google, Meta, Instagram and more, while improving SEO, content, and e-commerce listings.

The role emphasizes AI-powered marketing, content creation and data-driven optimization. You’ll gain hands-on experience building a digital-first brand, driving traffic, leads and online sales, with opportunities to evolve into a Marketing Manager or

Qualifications

Currently studying for Diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
Strong understanding of social media marketing and digital advertising.
Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and Google Ads.
Good copywriting and content creation skills.
Familiarity with Canva, CapCut or similar content creation tools is an advantage.
Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI marketing tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Creative, proactive and willing to experiment with new ideas.
Able to work independently and take ownership of projects.
Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
Plan and manage digital campaigns to generate website traffic, enquiries and sales.
Monitor campaign performance and optimise advertising budgets for better ROI.
Develop promotional campaigns for products, seasonal offers and new product launches.
Improve website visibility through SEO and content marketing.
Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities to increase organic traffic.
Create and optimise website pages, product listings, landing pages and blog content.
Monitor website traffic, rankings, conversions and customer behaviour using analytics tools.
Work with the team to continuously improve the customer journey and online shopping experience.
Manage and grow our social media presence.
Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
Develop content including product videos, reels, graphics, articles and promotional materials.
Coordinate photography and video content for our products and projects.
Stay updated with social media trends and identify new opportunities to increase engagement.
Manage and improve product listings on Spacekoncept and relevant online marketplaces.
Write compelling product descriptions and optimise product images and content.
Support online promotions, campaigns and product launches.
Analyse customer behaviour and sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
Work with the operations team to improve the overall e-commerce experience.
Explore and implement AI tools to improve marketing productivity and content creation.
Use AI for content generation, customer engagement, research, SEO and marketing automation.
Explore automation opportunities for lead generation, customer follow-up and digital marketing.
Experiment with emerging AI marketing tools and recommend solutions that can improve business performance.
